We believe that music is a portal through which we may experience ultimate reality.

Just as there are many spiritual paths that lead to meaning, there are many musical routes to spiritual experience.

Our music includes acoustic folk, Hindu kirtan, piano and organ, choral anthems, classical harp and chamber music, and indigenous music. Along with music, the services combine spiritual readings and reflections on world issues and personal values, as well as Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, Taoist and Native American beliefs and sacred texts. Spiritual healing is quietly woven throughout the service.

Gathering members are welcome to light a candle to commemorate a prayer or event.

    Seeing the Divine in Others

    Sunday, February 8, 11 am

Spiritual love calls us to recognize and honor the sacred presence within every person we encounter. At Music and Spirit on Sunday, February 8 at 11:00 a.m., Pastor Don will draw from the Bhagavad Gita and other spiritual traditions to reflect on what it means to move through the world with a peaceful, compassionate demeanor—one that is not shaken by ego, material concerns, or selfish motives. Music will be provided by Heidi Champney. Join us in the Sanctuary at Meach Cove, or click here to watch on Facebook.

Love and Loss: A Divine Union

    Sunday, February 15, 11 am

Rumi said, “Love is the bridge between you and everything.” so how does something like loss, anger or fear fit with love? Rev. Kim Marie Glynn will be asking us to come together and explore the divine relationship between these seemingly opposites. With the medicinal music of Raphael Groten and Becca Kodis, prayer and calling for peace within the heart we can breath and be with anything life brings. Feel free to add an item or picture of something or someone you have lost, feel angry about or fearful to our altar to honor it. Join us in the Sanctuary at Meach Cove, or click here to watch on Facebook.

  • Love is A Choice

    Sunday, February 22, 11 am

Love is not merely a passing emotion but a conscious, ongoing decision to serve, uplift, and act with integrity. Across spiritual traditions, love is revealed through shows of consistency, everyday kindness, and the courage to respond thoughtfully rather than reactively. At Music and Spirit on Sunday, February 22 at 11:00 a.m., Pastor Don will consider how intentional love shapes our relationships and becomes a steady spiritual practice. Inspiring music will be provided by Augusto Salazar and Brenda Haley. Join us in the Sanctuary at Meach Cove, or click here to watch on Facebook.
