Music & Spirit Service

Sunday Schedule is below
Join us online or tune in on Facebook Live!
We believe that music is a portal through which we may experience ultimate reality. Just as there are many spiritual paths that lead to meaning, there are many musical routes to spiritual experience.
Our music includes acoustic folk, Hindu kirtan, piano and organ, choral anthems, classical harp and chamber music, and indigenous music. Along with music, the services combine spiritual readings and reflections on world issues and personal values, as well as Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, Taoist and Native American beliefs and sacred texts. Spiritual healing is quietly woven throughout the service. Gathering members are welcome to light a candle to commemorate a prayer or event.

Scarcity to Abundance
Sunday, August 3, 11AM
Jean-Paul Sartre observed that scarcity is the overriding rule of life when you examine it from a purely physical realm. But for those of us on the spiritual path, we don’t look at life from a purely physical perspective. If we view life through the lens of scarcity, we will always be fearful and anxious. Pastor Don will explore spiritual tools that lead to a more abundant life. Inspiring music provided by Karen McFeeters. Join us in the Sanctuary or click below to watch live on Facebook.

Energy of Abundance
Sunday, August 10, 11am
Does your life feel chaotic, with not enough laughter and fun? When we are gripped by a viewpoint of scarcity, it can be difficult to be grounded in the reality of the present moment. We can find the energy of renewal for ourselves and our lives by reconnecting to our Source. Reverend Chatfield will consider how to tap into the spiritual energy that invites more happiness, love, and abundance into our lives. Ancient Abundance
Sunday, August 17, 11am
Do you feel abundant? What is abundance for you? Rev. Kim Marie Glynn will be sharing ancient practices and helping to explore connection to abundance for YOU, as it may look different to many. We are grateful to have the healing music and spirit of Raphael Groten and Becca Kodis to weave into our prayers. We will also have a visualization for a world that holds abundance for all. An Abundance of Joy
Sunday, August 24, 11am
Deepak Chopra writes that joy is very different from happiness. Experiences might cause happiness, but do not create real joy. Instead, “Joy is an internal state of consciousness....our connection to the Divine....is the cause, while happiness is its effect.” Are we able to experience joy when there are changes in our lives, even during the ones we didn’t consciously choose? And what do we really believe about the Divine? ANTN Board President Rev. Dr. Jerry Troyer will share ideas on the topic, “An Abundance of Joy.” Then stay with us for his heart and mind opening workshop at 12:30 p.m., “It Came to Pass: Navigating Change.” Inspiring music by Yogi Pat. Overflowing Flow!
Sunday, August 31, 11am
Klause Joehle wisely shared, "The Universe is saying: 'Allow me to flow through you unrestricted, and you will see the greatest magic you have ever seen.'" How do we continue to connect to the divine and allow the divine to be our abundant guide? Rev. Kim Marie will share tips on how various traditions let go and let god. Music and spirit led by the Selkie Trio weaving in and out of our sacred time. Join us in the Sanctuary or click below to watch live on Facebook.
