Deeper Reflection Group
The Deeper Reflection small group seeks to delve more deeply into spiritual themes. Together we explore, discover, reflect, and share, each evolving their own spirituality. Our connection invites us to grow closer and build community.
We meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, mid-September through May, 7:00pm - 8:30pm — Zoom only.
Our facilitators are Martha Folley and Bonnie Kriss. Our group uses Courage and Renewal’s Touchstones to facilitate a welcoming and safe environment.
We are guiding our discussions from the book, The Endless Practice - Becoming Who You Were Born to Be, by Mark Nepo. This book explores what it means to become our truest self as we face life’s challenges—as well as its joys. Nepo asks: How do we stay vital and bouyant amid the storms of life? What is the secret to coming alive? The soul’s journey is inevitable, and no matter where we go we can’t escape this foundational truth: What’s in the way IS the way.
We hope you will join us! You’re welcome to join us at any time during the year. (No registration is necessary; Reading the book is optional.) Topic areas flow from meeting to meeting, but are not dependent upon knowledge of any previously explored topics.
If there is interest, we will meet in person once or twice during the year to further our connection.
