Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art and health exercise that cultivates greater balance, ease, and strength of mind. This 6-week offering is an introduction to the fundamentals of practice and instruction on the first set of movements of the primary training sequence known as the “Slowset” of the Yang Style Tung Family lineage. Qigong and standing meditation is also a component of this introductory series. No previous experience is required and all levels of experience are welcomed!
