Outdoor Vinyasa Yoga with Carter Branley

"In this vinyāsa-based class, we will be directing our awareness to our breath and bodies, as we slowly flow from one posture to the next. This meditative practice will help you center your body and mind, and forge a deeper connection to yourself and others. This class welcomes all levels of yoga practitioners. Please join us on Monday nights for a grounding and uplifting start to your week.
Carter Branley began practicing yoga ten years ago as a way of working with experiences of anxiety. Through yoga, Carter forged a stronger mind body connection that allowed her to gain a deeper sense of peace in her life and live more fully in the present moment. Inspired by how yoga had impacted her life, and wanting share this way of life with others, Carter embarked on the journey of becoming a yoga instructor, completing her yoga teacher training in 2014. She is a certified yoga instructor in both Yin and Hatha yoga, and has been teaching in Vermont for the last six years. She values yoga as a holistic practice, appreciating the knowledge and wellbeing it brings to the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects of self. Carter works as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Middlebury, Vermont. She appreciates the way in which yoga and counseling complement one another in her both her personal and professional lives.”
