Events at All Souls - FAQ
Indoor Questions
Q: How many guests does your facility hold?
Our Sanctuary has seating for up to 225. Please note no food or drink is allowed in the Sanctuary. If you are hoping to have food/drink at your event, you will need to request use of the Gathering Hall & Sunporch.
The Gathering Hall & Sunporch, depending upon configuration of tables and chairs can hold up to 150 seated guests for plated meals & buffets albeit tightly; the indoor numbers could increase if doing stations.
Q: Do you have chairs and tables available for use for my event?
Yes. For details, please see Facilities page. Depending on the type of event you are hosting you may need to plan to have your caterer or a dedicated team to help with your event set up.
Q: Do you have a large-screen TV or projector we could use?
All Souls does have a large-screen TV to use for the additional cost of $50.00 per day.
Q: Is there an audio system in the Sanctuary?
Yes, there is a Bose sound system in the Sanctuary, which has iPod, CD, and computer plugin capabilities.
Q: May we hang decorations on the walls?
All Souls has a rotating art exhibit that typically is up throughout the year. If your event happens to take place when there is no art up, you are welcome to make use of our hanging system.
Q: Are we permitted to use candles?
Yes. Candles need to be enclosed in glass votive holders or glass hurricane lamps, and the flame needs to be below the rim. Please note that we cannot burn any incense, sage, or other smoke creating materials that might trigger our smoke alarm system.
Q: Is the All Souls building air-conditioned?
Yes, our building is air-conditioned.

Outdoor Questions
Q: How much parking is available at All Souls?
We have parking spaces for 100 cars as well as a mowed field located next to the driveway before the Labyrinth for all overflow parking. All Souls encourages guests to carpool as much as possible.
Q: Is amplified music allowed outside?
No, amplified music outdoors is no longer allowed outdoors at All Souls.
Q: Does All Souls allow tents?
All Souls is permitted to have 4 tented events each year. If you are considering a tent, please let All Souls know to talk about possibilities.
Q: Does All Souls have a photography policy?
It depends on the type of photography. Please visit our 'Photography at All Souls' page for details.
Food & Catering Questions
Q: I'd like to have catering at my event. Does All Souls have limitations on who can cater?
Yes. All Souls has a preferred caterers list which can be found here. If you are interested in having a caterer that is not on this list for your event, please contact Tammy at asig@allsoulsinterfaith.org.
Day Of Event Questions
Q: How will any building questions or issues be addressed on the day of my event?
There will be an All Souls representative who will be available for questions or concerns on the day of the event. We will work to coordinate prior to the event as well so that things run as smoothly as possible the day of.
